Albert Wei
President

Albert Wei, President of Vizion Logistics, LLC, founded and established Vizion Logistics in March 2003 with his brother, Benjamin Wei. With over 40 years of combined experience, Albert and Ben decided to create a boutique logistics company; its objectives mainly to a) provide exceptional service to its clients; b) create a team of professionals who will have direct influence over the company’s bottom line and; c) have a “flat corporate structure”, instilling a sense of family unity.

Prior to Vizion, Albert was the Senior Vice President of Rical Logistics in both Los Angeles and New York. Albert has also lived and worked in Bangkok, Thailand as the Managing Director of Expeditors International, and was recruited to set up the Bangkok office. Previous to his logistics career, Albert was a banking executive with The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). Albert has worked in various executive positions in the consumer banking, cash management and corporate finance divisions based in Hong Kong, New York and Los Angeles.

Albert graduated from SUNY Albany with a BA in Economics. Albert is married with two children. He loves to golf and hopes to dedicate more of his time to his heritage. Albert was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the United States in 1969. He speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.


Ben Wei
Executive Vice President

Ben Wei, Executive Vice President of Vizion Logistics, LLC, co-founded Vizion Logistics in March 2003 with his brother, Albert Wei.

Ben began his career in Logistics over 20 years ago through the management training program at Rical Logistics in Hong Kong. After 2 years overseas, Ben headed up the sales department in New York and then was transferred to Los Angeles to head up Rical’s Western Region office, where he resides to this day. Prior to Logistics, Ben had worked for a boutique financial firm Wertheim Schroders in New York where he obtained his brokerage and commodities brokerage licenses. Among many valuable experiences, his favorite is spending one week on the floor of the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) shadowing the traders on the floor. After a successful stint in New York, he assented an opportunity to work at Paine Webber in Hong Kong in the Institutional Sales department. During that time he traded the US Market for customers such as UCB bank, DBS bank and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). His experiences overseas in both the financial and logistics field were priceless and instrumental in forming his successful venture with this brother.

Ben graduated from New York University with a BA in Economics. Ben is married with two children, and enjoys watching them excel in school and club basketball. Ben plays to a 11 handicap, but really closer to 15 (for all you gamblers) and enjoys playing in his 40 and over basketball league, when his ankles are not hurting. Ben was born in Hong Kong, speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin and hopes to dedicate more time to his heritage.


Troy Goh
Director of Logistics

Troy is currently the Director of Logistics for Vizion Logistics, his expertise in handling “Perishable” cargo for the past 17 years of his career is a great asset to Vizion. Troy is currently managing the day to day business operations of the perishable division for Vizion. Troy works closely with clients, and airlines ensuring Vizion provides a tailor made “Fresh to door” service for each client’s specific requirements.

Troy has over 20 years of Logistic experience. He started with Hecny Transportation Inc. Singapore in 1996 in the operations department and worked his way up to become the Sales Manager in a period of 4 years. During his tenure, Troy was in charge of handling major accounts that includes JC Penny, Macys, Tommy Hilfiger and Polo Ralph Lauren.

In 1999, missing the sunny and perfect climate of Southern California. Troy moved back to Los Angeles and worked for Raymond Express International where he held the position of Director of Sales.

Troy graduated from University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration. He is married with two children. He loves to play tennis and tries not to play golf. Troy was born in Singapore and still loves and misses the food back home.


Winnie Liu
Director of Logistics

Winnie believes “success is in the details” hence, before a decision is made she would considers all angles and point of views.

Having worked in the Logistics industry in freight forwarding and custom brokerage for many years,
Winnie decided to change her career path and worked for a cosmetic packaging company.

Winnie’s experience in the cosmetic packaging company lead her back to the logistics side as she felt more valuable in assisting smaller cosmetic companies that are starting up or established companies that are investing in new products or markets that require logistics, customs and regulation knowledge. Winnie attends various cosmetic related trade shows annually and is constantly educating herself with update logistics and cosmetic product knowledge.

There is a considerable rise in disposable incomes over the past decade. The growth in global economies, changing lifestyles, rising demands of skin care products due to varying climatic conditions encourages the growth of the market for cosmetics. With this mind, Winnie as a Director of Logistics for Vizion works very closely with her clients providing them with information that allows for best practice and cost effective logistics decision in moving their products.

Winnie loves to travel and enjoys tasting local cuisine and interacting with the local culture. Winnie feels that it is her destiny to work in the logistics industry, her passion and satisfaction is finding solutions for her client’s many challenges.


Andy Sing
Regional General Manage – Hong Kong and China

Andy is one of the founders of Vizion Hong Kong in 2003.

Andy is based in Hong Kong with the responsibility for maintaining excellent relationship with clients & suppliers, developing direct relationship with key business contacts and various resources to ensure the Hong Kong and China office runs smoothly and achieves performance targets. 

Andy has more than 25 years of experience in logistics industry and has experience both in air and ocean freight transportation.  Andy started his career with Expeditors Hong Kong since his graduation and was responsible to handle major accounts, such as Dollar General, Walgreens, Atico, and BCBG.

Andy grown up in Hong Kong, married with one son.  He is an avid tennis player and swimmer. During his youth Andy was an accomplished volleyball player, today, Andy is a senior coach that assist with training and developing young volleyball players for Hong Kong.


Esther Law
Manager – Hong Kong and Southern China

Esther has over twenty years of experience in logistics industry specialized in China & Hong Kong market.  Esther joined VIZON in 2003 and overseas air transportation, agent development, e-commerce warehousing and distribution, she takes joy providing logistics solutions to clients with the objective of cost-savings and problem solving. 

Esther had worked with Expeditors Hong Kong with expertise in dealing with China agents and is familiar with local China rules and regulations. After leaving Expeditors, she joined Circle International (currently known as CEVA), Esther was responsible for handling the account “IBM” and assisted in overseeing day to day client services and negotiating rates with carriers.

Esther earned a bachelor degree in Christian Studies (major in Caring and Counseling Ministry), she is a devoted Christian who loves to serve & care for people in need.

Esther is married and enjoys playing the guitar and reading.


Jennifer Xu
Manager – Shanghai

Jennifer is a Native Shanghainese, she earned a bachelor degree from Shanghai Maritime University (Major in Maritime and English), and spent one year in the United Kingdom for her overseas study.

Jennifer has over ten years of experience in logistics industry specialized in China market, she joined Vizion Shanghai in 2005.

Jennifer has a broad knowledge of the local market and has good relationships with many logistics players in Shanghai. Jennifer overseas the day to day running of the Shanghai office which handles import and export transportation to and from China. With her strength of being familiar with the western culture and market, Jennifer is a great communicator and works closely with local suppliers/ clients and coordinate with overseas clients and offices.

Jennifer is open-minded, cheerful, and conscientious and takes pride in providing clients with the most economical & efficient solutions.

Jennifer is a mighty Mom with two sons.  She loves her family at home and the family in the Shanghai office.
